Community Outreach and Engagement (COE) is the IAA's outlet for community service. This branch hosts the IAA’s flagship conference, the Penn International Relations Conference (PIRC), for over 400 high students, prioritizing a region of focus for each conference. Hosted every fall, PIRC brings in powerful guest speakers and facilitates insightful discussions for high school students.

The branch also hosts school visits across Philadelphia to further awareness of important international relations issues and organizes philanthropy events for Penn students.
